Page visits and tool use
We also count tool starts, completed checks, output exports and requests for learning resources. These events contain a fixed tool name, whether inputs came from a built-in example or were provided, and a random identifier for that attempt. This identifier is not stored in your browser. A completed check can still contain findings requiring engineering review; a download request does not confirm that a file was saved. We do not collect file names, drawing contents or tool inputs.
We count public page views, including free-tool pages, using a same-site request that does not set visitor cookies or store a visitor ID in your browser. The record contains the public page path, a source category such as Bing or Google, and a daily salted identifier derived from the network address and browser header. Raw network addresses, browser headers, full referrers, URL query strings, form text and engineering files are not saved in this analytics record.
The identifier changes each day and differs between our websites. Daily identifiers are approximate visits, not identified people. Event files are retained for 35 days and then removed by scheduled cleanup. Known bots, internal visits and marked tests are excluded from audience reports. This basic measurement is separate from optional Google Analytics and respects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Delivery and security logs are separate.

When you use Ask MST, Moore Solution Technology stores your question and work email so designated MST business and engineering reviewers can assess the request and reply.
Ask MST records are retained for up to 12 months for review, follow-up and abuse prevention, then reviewed for deletion unless a longer period is required for an active business matter or by law.
You choose what to include in your question. Ask MST stores the submitted text so designated MST reviewers can respond.
